1. Introduction

Welcome to the leadership training program (“Program”) provided by visionarybest.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program and form a binding agreement between you and visionarybest.com.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Program.
2.2 Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a signed installment agreement.
2.3 visionarybest.com reserves the right to refuse or revoke enrollment at its sole discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Program fees are specified on visionarybest.com and are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).
3.2 Payment methods accepted include credit card, wire transfer, and PayPal.
3.3 All fees must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the Program start date unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to visionarybest.com. Refund requests are subject to the following terms:

• Full refund (100%) if request is made at least 14 days before the Program start date.
• Partial refund (50%) if request is made between 7 and 13 days before the Program start date.
• No refund if request is made fewer than 7 days before the Program start date or after the Program has begun.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval and will be returned via the original payment method.

Extended Refund Terms

In addition to the standard terms above, we offer the following enhanced options:

• Transfer Option: You may transfer your enrollment to an alternative session within 12 months of the original start date without penalty, subject to availability.
• Coaching Substitute: For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the Program start date, you may opt for a complimentary one-hour private coaching session instead of a cash refund.
• Group Enrollment Benefit: For group registrations of three or more participants, a 75% refund is available if cancellation is made at least 10 days before the Program start date.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Program, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of visionarybest.com. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any such materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

visionarybest.com’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Program. In no event shall visionarybest.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Program.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
